Want to be the a great leader, fast? There's a lot of books out there about how to be a great leader, and also a lot of misconceptions about what makes a person a great leader. But in reality, there's only a handful of traits that all great leaders have. Whether it's a leader in business, or it's the leader in the family, or it's a political leader, or it's the leader of a sports team. I dive into those more in a previous episode.  But today I'm covering the leadership trait that most people fall short with and tends to be the hardest to learn.
