How To Be A True Leader

Today's conversation between Chad Kneller, Martevious Young and I is in response to a talk from Tony Robbins about how to be a TRUE leader. Here are some of the high points: We don't get our goals - we get our MUSTS. When something becomes SO important you have to have it. Who you spend time with is who you eventually become! Are you intentionally hanging out with people who are ahead of you in where you want to go? Compete with where you CAN be. 8pm to 2am -- those are the hours that can move the needle even when you're working full time during the day. Income is a result of your standards.  Become aware of your limiting beliefs and then destroy your limiting beliefs. We FIND what we look for.  What are FIVE things that you've already accomplished in life that you're proud of that you used to think you would never be able to do?
