Kevin's bio: My passion is helping people develop skills that help them succeed. I have been working in the training and development field since 1997 starting as a Training Consultant at Dale Carnegie Training. Currently, I am Senior Director of Learning and Development Programs at The Madison Square Garden Company where my work focuses on my ability to be an in-house consultant for all employee organizational development initiatives as well as handling employee relations and career counseling. I make various recommendations applicable for the organization which include team workshops, individual coaching sessions, individual study and assessments, among others. I am a believer in action and I design creative but pragmatic workshops that focus on skill practice and real-world application. Prior to Madison Square Garden I managed the training and development at Amalgamated Bank and Brookdale University Hospital. My particular expertise lies in analyzing workplace situations and designing practical solutions that address core issues within the organization. My major hobby is Krav Maga, the self-defense system of the Israeli Military. I’ve been a Krav Maga student since 2002 and I have been a Krav Maga instructor since 2007. What I have found is that the philosophy behind the Krav Maga, for every defense you must have an offense, is something that can be applied everyday life.
