Prior to forming Xenov8 LLC, Mr. Kahler was a Senior Managing Director and practice leader with FTI Consulting where he worked with CEOs, CFOs and business leaders to improve customer experience, service delivery, business operations and compliance. Mr. Kahler was also a Director and firm wide Operational Excellence subject matter expert with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he developed the firm’s Lean methodology, trained over 700 consultants, and implemented high-impact global transformation programs for clients in the Americas, Europe and Asia/Pacific regions. Mr. Kahler holds an MBA with concentrations in operations and marketing from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University. He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a CPIM from APICS.
