How to be Proactive and Build a successful foundation as an Entrepreneur

from Young Entrepreneur Mindset Podcast · host Angel Santos

Will Kesselman is the President and Founder of Control and Power Strategy (or CP Strategy for short), a consulting company that specializes in giving guidance to parents, families, and professionals in a few areas of expertise. CP Strategy is known for being possibly the only consulting company helping parents protect their children and family when they are being investigated by an unprofessional Child Welfare (CPS) Investigator, saving them time, aggravation, money, and potential Foster Care situations. CP Strategy also has expertise in the areas of Domestic Violence, Harassment/Stalking, Bullying/Teasing in school, and others. While growing up, he was bullied and teased throughout Elementary school; and, made changes in his life because of those experiences. From High School and throughout his working career, he has been involved in different projects and work responsibilities, so that he can empower those who need a little help getting out painful or dangerous emotional or physical situations. Mr. Kesselman has fourteen years of experience as a Child Protective Specialist- someone responsible for investigating child abuse and neglect cases, for the NYC Administration for Children's Services (NYC ACS). This is the government agency tasked with ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in New York City. While working for NYC ACS, Mr. Kesselman has served in a number of elite specialized units, that inlcude, but aren't limited to, a Hospital/Sex Abuse Unit (a unit that is the "Special Victims" unit equivalent of Child Welfare) and an Emergency Children Services Unit (a unit that only responds to Emergency or Instant Response cases on nights and weekends).
