How to be successfully hired as an consultant with Kisha Solomon

In this episode of the Zero2Hired podcast, we talk about how to gain a competitive advantage when applying to a consulting/consultant position.  Kisha migrated to Canada almost 20 years ago to further her studies in human resource management. Her passion was training & development and recruitment. As with most, she fell into recruitment by joining a staffing agency. There is where she learned the fundamentals of recruitment - cold calling candidates and companies, competing for placements of candidates, trying to source engineering and manufacturing professionals. She eventually moved to balance her recruitment industry focus and eventually moved to telecommunications and has been within industry recruiting for many types of roles since then.
