Dr. Saran Heron talks with Richard Ramos, with a career spans from working as a correctional officer in state and federal prisons, to serving as a juvenile hall instructor, at-risk school counselor, and founding director of multiple community organizations. His decades of service have earned him recognition from the White House, U.S. Congress, California State Assembly, and he's been inducted into Morehouse College's Martin Luther King Jr. International Chapels Board.
