How to Be Unapologetic about Taking Time to Rest | How Rejuvenation Enables You to Develop Endurance There are many things in life that we can feel guilty for... take the time to rest shouldn't be one of them. Many of us feel flawed for the fact that we are human. Specifically, that our need to rest, eat well, and sleep adequately is somehow a flaw in our design that limits our ability to produce, to push, and to accomplish. Little did we know that by making rest part of the overall plan, we maximize our capacity to produce, deepen those endurance reserves to push, and are much more likely to be, and to become, everything that we put on our vision board for this year.
