However there is the right way and the wrong way to go about it. I have been in real estate investing for over 30 years and worked with thousands of new and seasoned real estate investors. I have lived through 3 major economic depressions and upswings and downswings in the real estate market. I have seen many people enter and/or fail in the business. During this broadcast I will share with you my personal experience and the experiences of successful investors and students, who have become successful real estate investors.
