In today's episode, we talk about what could have been at Sakuracon 2020!  For context’s sake, at the time of recording this episode, it was the weekend that Sakuracon was supposed to happen. Kim of Senpai Squad & Marvin Squarenoodles discuss Sakuracon’s of years past and what they want to do to prepare for next years con.   The part of today’s talk I want to highlight is Kim’s decision for Senpai Squad to partner with Dazed Senpai for the Senpai Squad After Party Tour! The primary focus of today’s episode deals with how to create a business partnership.  We break it down into 2 questions:   1. In Senpai Squad’s unique case, what was the reason for needing a business partnership & how do you maintain quality control with another vested interest?   2. The pro’s & con’s of a business partnership, especially for a 9-city event tour that is unlike any event Senpai Squad has ever hosted in years past   One last thing, we decided to do another challenge in this episode. We commissioned the beautiful Aly Brazil to help us with our Chibi art!
