With the shocking facts that every 1 in 6 people in the UK suffer from anxiety, and the even more eye opening stat, that 1 in 5 women compared to 1 in 8 men report symptoms, I wouldn't be not surprised if  anxiety has effected you personally or someone you know closely. In this episode, I share my stories of anxiety with you:  When I first experienced an anxiety attack, how I felt  in the moment & the sensations that came along with it. I also express how I live with anxiety now in my day to day life. But, most of all, I explain my tips & tools for you to be able to implement if you are experiencing something similar.Anxiety is an alarm bell for your life. It's showing you that something in your life needs your attention to be looked at.If you're anything like me, and you take comfort in knowing more about what you are experiencing, I highly recommend reading the book DARE. The DARE technique is an acronym for Defuse, Allow, Run Towards & Engage. I learnt a hell of a lot in this book, that not just helped me on a personal level, but also on a professional level too.For your BEAUTY & BELIEF TOOL BOOK:- With stress & anxiety it really can take its toll on your skin. Especially look after your skin when your living with high anxiety with extra hydration, lots of water & also some great cooling under eye pads!- The anxiety you are experiencing, does not define who you are.
