How to bring out your gold

As I gear up for my live event and do the marketing, one of the tasks is to go through reviews and testimonials (which is a really nice thing to do really!) This week I came across a note that had come with a bunch of flowers one of the performers had given me after last year's event. In the note she talks about me having a gift for bringing out people's gold. Well I can't say that I'm sure I have that, it got me thinking about what it takes to bring out someone's gold or, more of a challenge, to bring out our own gold.....
