They started from nothing and within three years own 41 doors in real estate and have raised 60MM in capital! Jay is from Utah and Rachel is from San Diego, CA. Rachel was an All-American soccer player and ranked #2 nationally. She played at San Diego State and BYU. While getting a master’s degree, Rachel got into RE and she helped start a brokerage. She went on to double her sales and income each year. Jay and Rachel are expecting their first child in November. Jay played lacrosse in college in Maryland. Jay went from working at a startup Cookie Company to running sales & marketing for Urgent Care.
