How to Build Your Business One Raving Fan at A Time- With Eric Branner

from Flow Rising · host Flow Rising

In this episode of Flow Working, I had the honor of sitting down and chatting with Eric Branner founder and CEO of Fons.  We chatted about his journey from music teacher to SAAS tech platform founder, why community means so much to him, and his thoughts on running a community-focused business.    One thing Eric loves more than music is community. During his early years as a guitar teacher, he found that those he had deep relationships with were people who were his best clients and referrers.  When he saw a need for a better scheduling/payment platform, Eric founded Fons and took his community mind into his new venture.    Eric shared with me, "...when we started Fons, that was kind of the thing that I really leaned into, cuz that's what it always worked is to reach out to people that did similar work to me and say, Hey, maybe I can help you earn a better living and really mean it right? And want their feedback, and then share my ideas. And so the, the Fons community has really built out of that, where we've kind of have this collection of people from all over the world that are doing this type of impact-based work, right? Stuff that makes their communities better."   One thing is certain in life and business, who you know deeply matters.  Take a page from Eric's book and focus on serving your business clients like family.  The returns you get will be worth their weight in gold.    Are you tired of the scheduling and payment run-around in your business?  Tap this link and sign up for a FREE 14-day trial of Fons.
