He started investing in real estate 13 years ago and focuses on multi-unit properties ideally with 4 up to 12 units in higher-end sub-markets in Toronto, with a current portfolio of a dozen properties valued at over $15 million.  His two more recent investments have been an 11 unit property and also a cottage which he has on Air BnB and enjoys himself.
