How To Change Our Behaviour: The Step By Step Process To Making New Choices & Evolving Ourselves

from Raw Conversations with Corinne Blum · host Corinne Blum

It can feel hard to change our behaviour because a lot of the time it’s unconscious and we may feel at the mercy of our reactions. But behaviour is just habit. The hard part of kicking a habit though is how that part of us is identified with itself. It doesn’t want to change because change means death and it doesn’t want to be killed off so it gets stubborn. So the process is one that requires compassion, patience and gentleness for the parts of us that are attached and habituated to being a certain way. In this episode I go into the steps of changing our behaviour by making different choices along the way. How to gently bring in the observer and how to create enough space for us to dis-identify with that particular part so we can move towards our own evolution and come into greater coherence with who we truly are (our Authentic Self).
