How to choose faith over fear

Do you believe that fear is paralyzing you from your ultimate abundance?    I feel like so often we are villainizing the fear.    We feel that fear is bad yet, what if you choose to thank your fear, to acknowledge it to free yourself vs trying to push it down and ignore it?    Remember what we resist will persist.    When we can acknowledge our fears and thank them for their intended protection we create space for faith.    Imagine, if right now you could talk to your fear what would you say to it?
