How to choose partners

How do you choose people to partner with? Do you choose people as partners simply because they are your friends or they’re smart, good looking or wealthy? Genesis‬ ‭39‬:‭5‬ ‭NLT‬‬ says “From the day Joseph was put in charge of Potiphar’s household and property, the Lord began to bless Potiphar’s household for Joseph’s sake. All his household affairs ran smoothly, and his crops and livestock flourished.”
