How to Complain Effectively

It was Extension Office Friday on the show today with Karen Poff. Karen manages the Northern Shenandoah Valley Financial Education Program for the area extension offices. Our topic today was "How to Complain Effectively."  Karen explained options for making contact, the importance of keeping documentation, and gave us several options of other agencies that could help obtain a resolution.
