Much as she has made an effort to help her loved ones, whether it is financial support or news spreading, she can’t help but feel guilty because her actions are ‘not enough.’Our CQO Zip Nguyen has an open conversation with Lana, a young Ukrainian woman currently residing in Canada, who dials in to ask for advice to cope with the feeling of survivor guilt for “not doing enough” as she and many of her Ukrainian friends living overseas are experiencing.
