Listen as she talks about what it means to identify as transgender, what issues trans people face at work, how your work place can be more inclusive, why it's important to include trans people in your organization, plus how those who are trans can find jobs and ask the right questions in interviews to make sure it's an inclusive workplace. Everyone wants to feel included. For those that identify as trans, it can be hard to feel a sense of belonging and for organizations, they're not quite sure how to help make them feel included.
