How to Create a Vision for Your Dream Life

from The Creative Goddess Show Hosted by Charlotte Jenkyn

EP47: How to Create a Vision for Your Dream Life ----- Hello from Rhodes, Greece! I'm recording this today from our lovely hotel balcony and it is very warm. I can see the gorgeous blue sea and overlook a lovely inviting pool to take a dip! ----- Let me ask you a question. Are you allowing yourself to dream? Because let me tell you... many of us don't do this as much as we could! Life gets busy and before we know it, we are 6 months into the year and we are left wondering where the time went. That's where dreaming comes in - it helps us to regroup with out thoughts and get more intentional about where we are going. And not just in business! In many other areas of our life too (e.g. health + wellness, family + relationships etc). Recently I was inspired by the amazing Carrie Green in FEA, to create my very own vision board - but not just one! A vision board that represents each and every area, so much so that it helps me to stay focused and keep momentum. How to Create a Vision Board: Create your Dream Board on Canva - choose a plain canvas or use a template to add images / words / quotes that align with your vision.
