It started – making your way in the world today takes everything you’ve got….   To create a HAPPY work environment, it takes a strong top down and bottom up approach. It takes creativity and presence of mind. It takes clear communication and clear expectations. You can have it. You can be the one to start it. There are many things you can do to make a sustainably happy organization. Here are some ways to get started:  1. Hang with Happy Personalities 2. Play together 3. CARE.  Finally - BE Positive  Focus on the positive. That doesn’t mean that you should ignore the things that need to be improved on, it just means that when you are looking for the solution you will lead them to it.
