Microlearning has been a popular topic in the eLearning industry for many years now.  Many people still don't agree on the same definition, but I think it's safe to say that most definition involve 2 elements: Shorter media of any kind, and mostly short videos.  Instead of forcing learners to sit through a training video that is an hour long, target your message and create individually focused, shorter videos instead. LaTarshia Wooten gave an amazing virtual session at last years online version of DevLearn.  We're very happy to bring her to IDIODC so the community can get to know her as well.
