How To Create Freedom In 5 Steps or Less

from Building Freedom Podcast · host 4 Level Coach

Recently I have been extremely focused on providing business owners and entrepreneurs with value. I have recognized that most business owners fall into one of three camps. 1) Those who are eager to make the most of every opportunity. 2) Those who are trying to hold the status quo. 3) Those who are afraid to move at all and are paralyzed by fear or unknowing. My objective has been to provide insights and tools that can help a business owner who falls into any of those three camps and help them achieve their business and personal goals. I have provided articles, podcasts, and created Facebook Groups, all centered around the idea of helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses and earn freedom in their personal and professional lives. In this episode, I tell you all about a well kept secret formula for the perfect execution of goals. I call this, The Execution Loop. Typically, this insight is reserved for 4 Level Coaching Clients, but I wanted to give any business owner or entrepreneur looking to grow their business a leg up on the competition. What you can expect to hear:1. Vision TestIf you want your business to grow, if you want freedom in your business, if you want to achieve any goal, you need to create and test a vision of yourself having already achieved those goals2. Reverse Goals A reverse goal is setting up your goals from the vision backward. We use the term reverse goal because we have to start with the endpoint in mind and work backward from there. 3. Forward PlanThis step is oftentimes one that a lot of people try to skip. I have seen it with my own coaching clients, other business owners, and have even been tempted to do it myself. However, I can promise you that if you skip this step, there’ll be a lot of problems that will come up for you. 4. BIG ActionEmphasis on this step is BIG. You may be taking action toward your vision now. I want you to take BIG, giant, action toward your vision. This step is where the entrepreneur in you gets to show off5. Schedule RepeatThis is the secret sauce of The Execution Loop. Scheduling a repeat of steps one through four each week is essential to maintaining momentum and correcting your course. If you like what you're listening to, we would love it if you could give us a 5-star review! This will help us know we are giving you what you need to grow and succeed as an entrepreneur!
