How to create safe relationships with anyone as a HSP, INFJ, or Empath

It's no news that Empaths, HSP, and INFJs have a trouble belonging, and feeling safe sharing their authentic selves. The result is that they often end up isolating, or only forming relationships with people like them, to make sure that they are not hurt.This, unfortunately limits both ability to exchange with diverse people, and evolve.
