There is a way you can take in information and not be so mean to yourself. On the dance floor observations turn into judgements fast and its because of expectations. An observation will lead us to a conclusion and when you observe with judgement that conclusion is a negative one about yourself. In this episode, we talk about how to heighten your awareness to know when the  judgements are coming. How to take note so that you can intervene. ex.
