(39:07) Question 1: What is your #1 "MVP" GOAL?
(40:04) Question 2: What STANDARDS must I have to achieve this goal?
(42:28) Question 3: What ACTIONS must I NEVER take?
(42:51) Question 4: What are some BELIEFS I can instil, for CONSISTENT ACTION?
(44:18) Question 5: What must I VALUE the most, to reach my goal?
(45:36) Question 6: What RULES must I make, respond appropriately to failure, frustration, criticism, and doubt?
(47:10) Question 7: What are my current doubts, fears and worries about reaching these goals? (Replace these negatives with positive thoughts, ideas, affirmations, or mantras)

(50:57) STEP 9: Create a GPS for your #1 goal (Refer to Episode 6)

(51:58) PURPOSE: Why do I do it?
(55:18) STRATEGY: Write down immediate actions (on the left hand side of the worksheet)

(55:55) STEP 10: Quarterly GOALS | 3 month goals, for aggressive progression

(59:53) STEP 11: Settling the internal conflict

(1:04:57) 1: List all the positive results after accomplishment
(1:05:24) 2: What are the things you must sacrifice? Pain points?
(1:08:22) 3: Look at the previous step, then ask yourself, "Why are all these negative things not as bad as they seem?"
(1:10:20) 4: Is staying where you are now, beneficial to your desired lifestyle?
(1:11:32) 5: Why are these benefits actually NOT what I want? What will this cost me?
