Now, right off the bat let's acknowledge the fact that there won't be as many haters out there as you think/worry there might be. I have been a part of the fitness scene for almost 10 years now and only this year did I get my first big "hate campaign". A person made an unprovoked six-part video series about me for no good reason and tried to drag my name through the mud. That is a part of being a business owner though, you put yourself out there and receive a lot of good attention, but you could also receive some bad attention along your journey. Leila Hormozi calls this the 50/50 rule. By putting yourself out there and wanting to gain good attention to grow your business and help people, you are also going to get some unprovoked haters who get satisfaction from tormenting people. And I won't lie, it can and DOES get to you. But by having a mental model setup, you can help take the hater's arguments and run it through a system to see if there is a valid point behind it, and more than likely there won't be. And when there are no valid points, you can just brush it off as a disgruntled person who needs to get another hobby.
