How to Deal with Negative Judgement from Others

from Beauty Define · host Beauty Define

Hey beauties, welcome to Beauty Define’s podcast. On today’s podcast I am going to discuss negative judgement and provide tips on how to deal with it. No one is born with tough skin. If you meet a person that isn’t easily offended, I promise they developed that skill overtime. To all the judgmental people out there, my question to you is are you perfect? Are you God? Learn to love yourself and maybe then you won’t be so negative towards others. Beauties, being negative towards others is a sign of self-hate and a sign that you must be hiding something in your own life. Before you continuously bash someone, know this. Negative judgment overtime can result in low self esteem, depression, suicidal thoughts, and unfortunately suicide. Do not be that person that subjects another individual to that type of pain. And do not be a victim to this type of pain. You will get through this. Listen to the tips and be encouraged.  Beauties, I hope you learned more about how to deal with negative judgment. I love interacting with my audience please email me at [email protected] if you have questions about self-development or suggested topics. Feel free to leave me a voice message about your thoughts on Beauty Define's Podcast.  As always, you are fearfully and wonderfully made.
