Who loves this time of year?  Specifically goal setting? I genuinely love taking the time to reflect, acknowledge and look ahead with more wisdom to pull from.  And when I learned that my guest has a passion for designing your amazing business,  I had to share her with you all. Meet Seran Glanfield, a pilates business coach.
