How to Discerning your way through finding your way

Right now with everything going on this new moon and some other shifts and changes it is really time for us to embark on becoming our truer, truer self. I've had many conversations lately about where should I go from here to there! How do I negotiate the people around me and many other scenarios. I had conversations about triggers and negotiating the scenario of how to deal with the triggers when you are with people who are not in alignment with you. And to add on to that many of us including myself are looking at well maybe not looking at it but I know for me I'm looking at how my inner child those things that happened to me when I was younger can be the cornerstone of how we perceive how we walk in life. Right now paying attention to the world around us can really help us uncover these little shadow moments of how self empowering is being undermined.
