How to Discuss Historical Events With Your Child

Many Parents are trying to avoid this subject.   The big, bad, and often complex events of the past.   This is one of those conversation topics that can be...interesting to discuss with children.   Right up there with the “birds and the bees”.   Certain holidays/observations, something our child/ren saw on TV, a conversation they overheard, these can all spark curiosity and questions.
