What is it exactly that drew her over to the spirit world? Sarah Elsom, Master Distiller of the Cardrona Distillery on the South Island of New Zealand, knew she wanted to work in wine from the age of 16.  That passion took her all over the world and back again.When she returned home, she was lucky enough to walk into the fledgling Cardrona Distillery, and she has never left.
