In this episode of Sweet Liberation Podcast, we are interviewing Louise Gross. Louise is the founder of Go-low. She first embarked on a keto diet in 2012 to lose baby weight after having her three children close together. She soon realised how effective it was and noticed other side benefits too, such as more energy, even mood, a clearer head, and better skin. This was all great. However, there were certain foods she really missed, of the high-carb variety; you know the ones - biscuits, crackers, cakes, bready products. She’s spent many hours experimenting with recipes to create healthy alternatives that were as close to the mainstream version as possible so that she didn't feel she was missing out. After plenty of experimenting, she eventually came up with some recipes that the whole family gave the thumbs up to! Combining her previous knowledge of the food industry, working in catering, and low-carb creations, She decided to take the plunge and spread the love by making this way of eating easier for others too.
