Is nighttime snacking slowing your weight loss progress? If so, you’re not alone- this is a topic I coach on a lot. Maybe this sounds like you: -I’m tired, but I don’t want to go to sleep yet, so I’ll have a snack.-It was a long day, I deserve it- it’s the only way I can relax.-Today was so stressful, and tomorrow’s gonna be the same- bring on the wine and snacks!-I’m bored and need something to entertain me. Whatever it is for you, if it’s not helping you, it’s time to get to work on it. The first step to begin to change it, is to become more aware of it. To do that, I give you 4 questions that will give you insight on if and why it’s happening. I also chat about how this may have become a habit for you and give you lots of tips to start to move away from this habit and replace it with a new one.
