One is fun and one practical. The practical one is everybody is always worried about water. What’s the water table like? Your buyers are worried about water, new land investors are worried about water. I’m not so much worried about water anymore but it was one of my initial worries. There is a website you can use nwis.waterdata.usgs.gov. You can search by county and area and really zoom in and see what maybe what the water table is like in a particular area. You can see how deep a well is dug in a particular area you work in.This is my fun tip of the week. Being that I work at home now, I have more time to read, listen to music, whatever. I would highly recommend listening to the 500 greatest albums of all time on rollingstone.com. It’s been very cool. I went through the first hundred albums last year and I’m finding some new favorites.
