Like many others, I grew up watching Disney princesses marry their prince and live happily ever after.  I also watched The Notebook a million times, among other popular RomCom movies.  Real-life relationships are a FAR cry from Disney or Hollywood depictions and I've finally realized that. When I'm ready to begin dating (currently saving myself for Brad Pitt, hehe), I will be looking for TRUTH love, not TRUE love.  I will be myself, speak my truth and ask that whoever I'm dating do the same.  There's no use in putting on an act and pretending to be someone you're not if marriage is your goal...you'll be found out.
