Arif Hasan (born 1943) is a renowned Pakistani architect, urban planner, activist, and researcher based in Karachi. He is widely recognized for his work on housing, urban development, and sanitation for low-income communities, notably as a principal consultant to the Orangi Pilot Project and founding chairperson of the Urban Resource Centre, Karachi.Marvi Mazhar is a prominent Karachi-based architect, heritage consultant, and researcher known for protecting Karachi’s historic, built environment and advocating for public spaces.
