How to follow through on your email marketing plans

This is not another podcast episode on planning.  While I love getting into those post its, coloured markers and calendars - all of that doesn’t help if you don’t think about how to actually follow through on your plans. This comes up a lot with email marketing in particular because it often falls into the “important but not urgent” category of work. You have the best of intentions at the beginning of the year or quarter or month but then when it comes to actually doing the work it just doesn’t happen. So let’s combat that right here, right now at the beginning of the year.
