So you want to build a decent amount of muscle? 🤔💪Here’s your reality check-list:✅️Eat in calorie maintenance/surplus for a prolonged period of time✅️Stop trying to lose body fat at the same time✅️The longest amount of time you can spend dieting is the shortest amount of time you should spend building✅️6 months is the MAXIMUM time to spend cutting with plenty of diet breaks✅️Whereas 6 months is the bare MINIMUM to do a build if you want to see any sort of significant muscle growth changes✅️Audit your nutrition intake.
