Quality Improvement is a great way to take your career to a new level, but it might seem daunting. Large scale projects in this field can take up to a decade to complete, so it's easy to set it aside for a later point in your career when you're more established. You might be surprised how easy it can be to get involved in established quality and improvement projects, or even pursue smaller initiatives yourself while training.
