How To Get More From Jesus (John 4:43-54)

If you’ve ever come home to a dog, you know unbridled unconditional affection. As soon as you open the door, that dog is excited that you’re there. He’s not concerned with what you’re bringing home or whether you have something for him or not. He’s just happy to be with you. Well, Christian, if I may, I’d like to suggest that we need a little more of that attitude when it comes to our relationship with Jesus. John 4:43-54 is going to challenge us to keep focusing our affections on Jesus and not just on what Jesus has for us.
