Receiving money from your clients is one of the most exhilarating experiences as a solopreneur. You have worked hard to get to this point with marketing, sales conversation, and overcoming your own fears.  Why then is the money part weird for so many entrepreneurs?  In this episode I sit down and chat with  Alison Proffit, the owner of Proffit Coach, about how to move from weird to wonderful while taking money.   During our conversation she gave some great insights. Alison's tip, "a lot of businesses will do invoices, and that's fine, you can totally do that. But I think if you're able to take it from like that part of the process is just about the money exchange of money, but it's the exchange of money. And then we're actually scheduling the next step. It's like, include, it's like, in the middle of the before we put our next meeting on the calendar, this is the thing that happens. So I encourage people to literally just say, so this is the this is how my process works."  When you move from passively receiving income via invoices to actively asking and handling the money, you gain an opportunity to connect with your new client even before the work begins.    Want to gain more clarity on how to add taking money to your sales process?  Tap here and connect with Alison
