When praying about 2021 for our family and our Church, God spoke the words STRENGTH and HEALTH - that 2021 would be a year of strengthen everything. We don’t want to be a MUSHROOM church that springs up quickly but withers away just as quickly. We must fight popular culture that places more emphasis on FRUIT rather than ROOT.  As humans, especially in the western world, we tend to care more about how things look, than how things are! We have become obsessed with image but what you see is not always what you get! Marketing and social media would have us believe that the look is more important than the substance. Just because something looks good, doesn’t mean it is. Just because something looks healthy, doesn’t mean it is! And just because something looks strong, doesn’t mean it is!
