How to Go Through the Holidays Intentionally

How much time do you waste beating yourself up every day? Or even how much money you spend on ways to feel better? Do you realize how much you invest in feeling bad? This isn't a condemnation, most people do this completely unintentionally. And then, unintentionally, beat themselves up further for having done all of that and it becomes a vicious cycle and leads to getting stuck.
