Over the past two decades, she has devoted herself to numerous organizations, including the Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center, The Here & Now Project, and The Arc of King County, leaving a positive impact on both Washington State-based and nationwide communities as a whole. In addition to her professional responsibilities at Certainty Management, Jill serves on the board of directors for the Disability Advocacy Coalition of Washington and acts as a mentor for spinal cord injury patients at the University of Washington Medical Center.
