Dr. Sweeny comes to our show to talk about:  I think you have been working with or supervising Chinese employees. What is your impression of Chinese employees? Some people/media called Chinese immigrants “model minorities in the U.S.” What do you think about this term? What would you tell a Chinese staff member in your team if he or she asks for advice to grow his or her career in the U.S.? What is the best way, in your experience,  to accomplish cultural adjustment? Most of the Chinese students were taught in China that there is no God in the universe. Do you think becoming a Christian would help them to better understand American culture?
