When you approach separation anxiety with compassion and understanding, you're helping your child to develop a strong sense of security and trust.Ways to Help Separation AnxietyCreate a goodbye ritual. This could be something as simple as giving your child a hug, kiss, and telling them you'll be back soon.Practice short separations.
