How to Have Tough Conversations

from The Christian Leader Made Simple Show · host Ryan Franklin / Church Leader Made Simple

Perhaps not all of the time, but most of the time you can successfully deliver negative news by using this simple formula.Hey there, I’m Ryan Franklin and this is Church Leader Made Simple.
